People call It the ‘Two-week Wait’… But It’s More Than Waiting

The two week wait does not have to be a season of anxiety.

In reproductive health, the luteal phase is when your body becomes a full time incubator. Your temperature rises, your blood flow increases, and your hormones shift entirely to protect and sustain the seed. It is the most active quiet time in your entire cycle. Holistic fertility teaches us that we cannot force a harvest, but we can absolutely prepare the climate. When you eat healthy fats and prioritise peace, you are sending your body one clear message: the sanctuary is ready.

Psalm 91:1 reminds us there is safety in the shadow. You are not sitting around doing nothing. You are abiding. You are providing the cover your miracle needs to take root and remain.

Add healthy fats to your meals during the second half of your cycle. Keep your body warm. Keep your spirit at rest.

Declare this out loud to yourself:

“My internal atmosphere is warm, steady, and secure. My body is a perfect incubator. I am abiding under the shadow of the Almighty and my promise is safe, in Jesus’ Name, Amen.”
