Your Adrenals Are Doing Their Job

Your adrenal glands sit just above your kidneys, and their entire purpose is to protect you. They scan your environment constantly, and when they detect ongoing stress, rushing, or worry, they produce cortisol to keep you safe. This is your body doing exactly what it was designed to do. The intention behind it is good. Your body is trying, faithfully, to guard you from what it perceives as danger.

Why Stress Competes With Your Fertility
